PART I

1.      Simple Present Tense

Digunakan untuk menyatakan persitiwa yang terus-menerus (rutin terjadi).

Keterangan waktu yang membatasi :

a.       Every day                   d. Ever             g. Sometimes   j. Usually         m. at 7 o’clocks

b.      Every month              e. Never           h. Always        k. Generally     n. (jika tidak ada

c.       Every ……..               f. Seldom         i. Often            l. ……….lly        keterangan waktu)

*S = Subjek, V = Verb ( Kata Kerja) + Objek + Keterangan

Example :

-          They play football every Sunday.

-          They don’t play football every Sunday.

-          Do They play football every Sunday ?

Yes, They do  OR  No, They don’t.

2.     Present Continous Tense

Digunakan untuk menyatakan peristiwa yang sedang terjadi.

Keterangan waktu yang membatasi :

a.       Now               c. Look            e. At Present                g. At this time

b.      Today             d. Listen          f. At this moment

            Example :

-          She plays badminton every Saturday

-          She doesn’t play badminton every Saturday

-          Does she play badminton every Saturday ?

Yes, she does OR No, she doesn’t.
